The fee for re-tests will be collected in the office, though it may be exempted in cases of genuine reasons. Details of the re-tests should be entered in the grievance redressal register. The mark sheets for re-tests must be submitted on or before 5th November 2024, after being entered in PAAMS as the second chance

A soft copy of the question paper will be collected through a google form and the examination will be conducted in a centrallised manner. This message is a reminder to all faculty members to complete all components of internal evaluation for both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs on time. The Form A for 4th and 6th-semester UG programs should be published before March 25th, and Form B (after proper grievance redressal) must be ready for uploading internal marks, preferably in the second week of April 2024.
However, pending internal examinations of PG programmes, if any, can be conducted department-wise. It is advisable to publish Form A and address any grievances before preparing Form B in April.
Please ensure to obtain the signature of students on a copy of Form B to be kept in the department file.

Time table for First Internal Examinations- S1, S3 & S5- September 2023
Dear Faculty Members,
As per the directions of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), we aim to conduct the upcoming Internal Examinations (UG) in a systematic manner. Kindly share the Time Table for the internal examinations with the students. Please take note of the following important information:
1. The Question papers (one printed copy) for the respective courses must be submitted to the Internal Examination Cell on or before 8th September 2023. This will ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
2. Invigilation duties will be published in the group. We request all faculty members to stay tuned for further updates regarding invigilation.
3. The answer scripts shall be evaluated within seven days after the exams, and the marks will be uploaded in PAAMS. The print out of the mark sheet is to be submitted to the Principal.
4. Students who were unable to attend the internal examination due to genuine reasons can apply for a retest in the concerned department. A retest fee of Rs. 50 per course will be applicable. The retest shall be conducted within 10 days after the publication of the result of the internal examination.
5. The second internal examinations may be on the third or the last week of october.
