This message is a reminder to all faculty members to complete all components of internal evaluation for both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs on time. The Form A for 4th and 6th-semester UG programs should be published before March 25th, and Form B (after proper grievance redressal) must be ready for uploading internal marks, preferably in the second week of April 2024.
However, pending internal examinations of PG programmes, if any, can be conducted department-wise. It is advisable to publish Form A and address any grievances before preparing Form B in April.
Please ensure to obtain the signature of students on a copy of Form B to be kept in the department file.

As per the decision in the staff council meeting, first internal examinations for 4th and 6th semester U G programs are scheduled to commence on 22nd January. All faculty in charges are reminded to hand over the question papers (1Hr duration) before 18th January 2024.

As per university schedule, 3rd and 5th semester examinations commence on 21st and 24th November respectively. Please enter the marks of second internal exam in PAAMS as early as possible. Re tests, if required, can be conducted next week. Faculty members are reminded to complete the components of internal assessment and publish the form A by 20th November,2023. Please keep the assignments in the departments (batchwise) for NAAC documentation purpose.

Submit the mark list (taken from PAAMS) of the completed examinations to the principal on or before 3rd November 2023. Re-tests may be conducted within two weeks as per the mechanism in UG programmes. (application, fee etc). The details of retests are to be entered in the grievance redressal register.

Time table for First Internal Examinations- S1, S3 & S5- September 2023
Dear Faculty Members,
As per the directions of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), we aim to conduct the upcoming Internal Examinations (UG) in a systematic manner. Kindly share the Time Table for the internal examinations with the students. Please take note of the following important information:
1. The Question papers (one printed copy) for the respective courses must be submitted to the Internal Examination Cell on or before 8th September 2023. This will ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
2. Invigilation duties will be published in the group. We request all faculty members to stay tuned for further updates regarding invigilation.
3. The answer scripts shall be evaluated within seven days after the exams, and the marks will be uploaded in PAAMS. The print out of the mark sheet is to be submitted to the Principal.
4. Students who were unable to attend the internal examination due to genuine reasons can apply for a retest in the concerned department. A retest fee of Rs. 50 per course will be applicable. The retest shall be conducted within 10 days after the publication of the result of the internal examination.
5. The second internal examinations may be on the third or the last week of october.

Dear colleagues, Please give the class and date of examination on the question paper. It is difficult to sort the question papers, in some cases.
Internal examination for 3rd and 5th semester UG programmes commence on Monday, 17th october 2022 in two sessions. Invigilation duty is published in this group and all teachers are requested to cooperate with the duty schedule. In case of any inconveniences, the duty can be exchanged with others and the matter should be informed at the exam office. The answer scripts are to be valued within 10 days and the mark sheet is to be submitted to the Principal.
